Huevos con loroco

Ingredients:

Vegetable oil

2 eggs

Loroco to taste

1 tablespoon chopped onion

1 pinch of salt

Step by step:

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the loroco and the chopped onion in the pan. When fried, add 2 eggs directly from the shell to the pan, with a pinch of salt and stir until fried.

Serve along with Don Beto beans and our Salvadoran cream.

Accompaniments:

Ripe plantain

Salvadoran cream

Guacamole sauce
